The Imperial Russian Ballet's 20th-anniversary tour in China presents the exquisite performance of "Swan Lake." Originating from the Bolshoi Theatre in Moscow, the ballet company was established in 1994 by Gediminas Taranda to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the stage career of the Russian ballet queen, Maya Plisetskaya. Famous actor Yu Yang will lead a strong cast of actors from the NCPA, including Zhao Ling, Sun Lishi, and Dong Wenliang, as well as talented actors Yuan Yu, Wang Weiguo, Li Ye, to take the audience into the spiritual world of the Count of Monte Cristo and kick off the National Centre for the Performing Arts International Theatre Festival 2023.
