With the beginning of the flower viewing season, some new creative delicacies have been launched in Beijing.
Daoxiangcun No.0 Store ·24 Solar Terms

On March 24, Beijing Daoxiangcun’s No. 0 Store with the theme of 24 solar terms opened in Beijing Chaowai Market Street. Through creative forms, the store combines traditional pastries with modern fashion culture, giving each solar term a unique taste and spreading traditional Chinese food culture.
Walking into the store, you can see a whole dark blue starry sky picture on the ceiling flashing fluorescently. Through the wooden retro window frames, the animated interpretation of the spring solar term becomes much more lively, attracting many tourists to stop and watch.
The pastries in the store are rich in shapes. The "Orchard Alliance" series not only has a realistic shape, but also has a taste corresponding to the fruit. The mangosteen-shaped pastry also has petal-shaped fillings inside. The watermelon pastry contains "watermelon seeds" made of black sesame seeds, which highly restores the shape of the fruit.

The " Court Taste" series is both good-looking and interesting, which has made the shop popular. The retro and delicate "rouge box" has fillings with the taste of cheese and rose, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling.
The creative "Pastry Hall", "Jade Seal Cake" and "Lingpai Crisp" make people can't help but take photos and share. The "Splendid Scroll" is presented through the ancient painting patterns on the cake roll, and the beautiful scenery of the mountains and rivers is like a beautiful picture scroll slowly unfolding.
