Starting from this year's May Day holiday, the Badaling Night Great Wall will be opened every night as a regular schedule. Previously, it was only opened on Fridays, Saturdays, and legal holidays. Tourists can climb the Great Wall and experience the charm of the "brilliant dragon" every night in the future.

During the day, the Badaling Great Wall is magnificent and spectacular. At night, the golden lights illuminate the walls and the white lights reflect on the horse path. The entire Great Wall looks like a "shimmering dragon" with clear shapes along the mountain range. This unique scenery has delighted numerous tourists who love the night view of the Great Wall. Following the success of lighting up the "Night Great Wall" during the Chinese New Year in 2023, the Night Great Wall at Badaling will be reopened and available every evening since this year's May Day holiday.

"At that time, whether the immersive atmosphere creation, artistic performances, tourist interactions, or special cuisine service, they will be comprehensively reorganized to provide tourists from home or abroad with exciting and unforgettable night tour experiences," said the relevant person in charge of Badaling Scenic Area.

In addition to the Night Great Wall, the Badaling Cultural Tourism Group will continuously innovate before and during the "May Day" holidays this year.

Before the May Day holidays, Banquan Sports Park will also launch new cycling projects. The park not only has green landscapes and recreational facilities, but also slow roads. It covers a total area of 1093 hectares and will become a good place for leisure gatherings, cycling races, and sightseeing experiences.

Yanqing Landscape Scenic Area will also reopen before the May Day holidays.
