Niulanshan DISTILLERY Factory has a long history of brewing, dating back to the late Ming Dynasty and early Qing Dynasty. In October 1952, the state-owned production officially began. Now, Niulanshan has developed into the earliest liquor enterprise as "Chinese time-honored brand" in Beijing, and the also only liquor enterprise that has won the "National Industrial Tourism Demonstration Site". After hundreds of years of development, the traditional brewing technique of Niulanshan Erguotou has become a national intangible cultural heritage.

Niulanshan DISTILLERY Factory officially received visitors in May 2004 and visitors can visit the product assembly line in the industry tour and understand the history of the factory and liquor culture. Besides that, the best-selling liquor products will be introduced in the exhibition hall.
