Ming City Walls Ruins Park

A few days ago, the plum blossoms in the Ming City Walls Ruins Park entered the blooming period, and several white or red plum blossoms brought the color of spring. The flowers were layered and brilliant like clouds, reflecting the ancient city wall and attracting a large number of tourists to visit and take photos. The Plum Blossom Festival in Beijing Ming  City Walls Ruins Park has been held 15 times since it was first held in 2008. This year's Plum Blossom Festival will last until April 9.

After years of introduction and cultivation, Beijing Ming City Walls Ruins Park has planted more than 50 varieties and more than 1,000 plum blossoms, covering 11 varieties and running through the east and west of the park. The park is one of the plum viewing resorts with the largest and the most complete varieties in Beijing.

During the Plum Blossom Festival, the Ming City Walls Ruins Park launched three blossom viewing spots and laid four plum viewing plank roads to facilitate tourists to enjoy the beautiful scenery of plum blossoms up close. At the same time, a series of activities of "plum viewing, plum painting, plum photography, and plum singing" will also be organized.

Zhongshan Park

If you visit Zhongshan Park in spring, the plum garden is one of the must-visit places.

The plum garden is located on the south side of Huifang Garden, with a viewing area of 4,000 square meters and more than 100 plants of more than 30 varieties of plum blossoms. There are green pines and bamboo, blooming fragrant flowers, and cirrus clouds, which constitute an excellent picture.

This is one of the best places to enjoy plums in Beijing, and there are three major plum blossom lineages in China - true plum germline, apricot plum germline and cherry plum germline, which can all be seen in Zhongshan Park.
