Beijing Aquarium

Beijing Aquarium covers an area of 120,000 square meters and has seven themed areas, which is a world-class aquarium integrating ecological display, leisure and entertainment, and popular science education.

Rainforest wonders 

Rainforest Wonders is the first themed area after entering the aquarium. The air here is humid, the temperature is gradually rising, and the ecological landscape truly restores the atmosphere of the tropical rainforest, giving visitors the original experience of the tropical rainforest. There is also the popular star colorful angelfish, which is in the No. 1 ecological tank.

Shark Town 

Here in the underwater world, fierce sand tiger sharks and sneaking rays chase each other, and flying eagle rays like an underwater UFO shuttling through the decaying city and depressed street landscape of Shark Town. There is also the country's first "full-frame underwater 3D stereoscopic landscape".

Bering Strait 

Entering the Bering Strait themed area, the temperature plummets. The floor-to-ceiling windows and canopy are eye-catching, and the lively and cute beluga whales Wendy and Casper are playing, which is warm and healing. If you're lucky, the beluga whale will swim to the exhibition window, and visitors can take photos with the beluga whale.

National Treasure Chinese Sturgeon Hall 

The Chinese sturgeon is a creature that once lived at the same time as dinosaurs, with the reputation of "living fossils in water", and is also a well-known "Yangtze River fish king". The only wild Chinese sturgeon "Houfu" in captivity in the country can be found here. Through the fully transparent acrylic overall exhibition window, you have the opportunity to have "zero-distance" contact with the "giant panda in the water" Chinese sturgeon!

Underwater circumnavigation 

The underwater circumnavigation area is composed of an undersea sightseeing tunnel, which is a good viewing area that should not be missed in the whole aquarium. It is surrounded by dreamy schools of fish in the tranquil underwater tunnel. Here you can see the cute figure of penguins, meet the glowing jellyfish family, and shoot your parent-child pictures.

Ocean Joy Show 

Cute sea lions, clever dolphins, beautiful and elegant beluga whales, etc. You can enjoy the "unique skills" of the sea elves here, and you can play with your ocean friends!

Wholphin Bay Recreation Area

Wholphin Bay Recreation Area integrates leisure and entertainment. Haowei Island and Beach Bar are waiting for everyone to taste their delicious food. There are also 5D cinemas, VR games, gacha machines and more fun waiting to be discovered.
