The 13th Taoranting Ice and Snow Carnival covers an area of 38,500 square meters and is the largest snow playground among the municipal parks, providing ample space for leisure and entertainment for the public.
The Ice and Snow Carnival has set up a colorful free play area with free items such as children's swings, children's boat swings, children's spinning, and musical instrument sound box, so you don't have to worry about not being able to find them anymore!
At the same time, the lovely little penguins also set up camp in the East Lake area. This time, not only the viewing angle of penguins is expanded, but also the snow mountain landscape is specially made, which enriches the activity area of penguins and makes it convenient for visitors to take pictures.
In order to provide perfect services to the general public, the park has set up a visitor service center and a mother and baby room, and provides warm services such as hot drinks and gourmet for the public and visitors.
If you come to play, you are recommended to enter the park through the south gate of Taoranting Park. After entering the park, you can reach the west gate of the ice and snow carnival. There is no parking space around the park, so we recommend you to travel green.
The opening hours of Taoranting Ice Carnival are from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm, with ticket sales stopping at 16:30 daily.

The park ice rink is divided into East Lake ice rink and West Lake ice rink totaling more than 20,000 square meters, including the ice wagon activity area, ice skating activity area, ice bicycle activity area, ice slides and other activity areas.
The entrance gate of the ice rink is located in the northeast and northwest of the central island of Taoranting Park. To ensure safety, each area of the ice rink is divided into zones for management, and the zones are not connected to each other, so please make your choice in advance.
After the ice rink is closed every day, the ice rink staff is responsible for the maintenance of the ice surface, repairing the ice cracks in time, cleaning and watering the ice surface every night, keeping the ice surface neat, smooth and flat, checking and disinfecting the entertainment items every day, and replacing the disposable insoles for the ice skates.
The ice rink is open daily from 9:00 to 17:00, with ticket sales closing at 16:00.
