National Museum of Modern Chinese Literature is the first literary museum in China and the largest in the world. It is the center of modern and contemporary literary resources in China, integrating literary exhibition halls, literary libraries, and literary archives. The museum is a treasure house of modern and contemporary literature in China and the main battleground for modern and contemporary literary research. It was initiated and established by Mr. Ba Jin, a literary leading authority, and has a collection of more than 800,000 manuscripts and letters of famous writers.
