Address: 700m South of Village Committee of Hujiafa Village, Taihu Town, Tongzhou District, Beijing

Taihu Performing Arts Workshop, also known as "Yuhui PARK", has a construction area of about 29,000 square meters. The park implements the characteristic town plan of "Ecological Taihu, Performing-arts Town". Built in 2019, it makes use of its resource advantages, combining ecology with performing arts and transforming the original fish breeding factory. The park boasts a beautiful ecological environment. Red brick architecture combines Chinese and Western style with an artistic theme of lively fish, which is full of cultural characteristics.

Qinglitang Theater is the core theater of Taihu Performing Arts Workshop. The total construction area of the first and second floors is about 2,000 square meters, which can accommodate 500 audiences. It mainly holds special, medium, and large-scale performances and various celebrations. The theater has successfully hosted many international events, such as "Beijing's First Jazz Festival". Fifty-two public performances of "Weekend Performance Plan" sponsored by Beijing Tongzhou District Culture and Tourism Bureau have been held in the theater, which enables citizens to enjoy high-quality programs including professional shadow puppets, stage plays, children's dramas, operas, song and dance variety shows, and so on. The immersive small theater "Teahouse" is located on the third floor of the Qinglitang Theater, with a construction area of about 500 square meters and a capacity of 100 audiences. The theater restores the teahouse scene in the historical background of the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China written by Laoshe. It is currently not only the performance base of the Beijing QuJu Opera Troupe's immersion opera but also the base of the Beijing Traditional Folk Arts Troupe's special "Beijing Folk Art", with about 350 performances per year. The immersive performance form allows the audience to not only sit with the actors but also wear costumes to integrate into the performance, which enhances the audience's participation and increases elements of Beijing style.
