Meihousishi Jingshan Civic Cultural Center is the largest grassroots public cultural venue in the old urban area of Beijing, with a total construction area of 5,411 square meters. It was fully opened in September 2020. Its name is taken from its location means that seasons change but fortune is there all year around.  

The center integrates reading, drama, Chinese studies, art, cultural creativity, food, gardening, and other contents into the lives of ordinary people, so it is a public cultural service platform with cultural connotation and inclusiveness, and opportunities to interact and experience. Every year, more than 1,000 welfare mass cultural activities are held here. Various art training courses such as calligraphy, painting, photography, instrumental music, vocal music, and dance are offered to meet the extended cultural needs of citizens.
