Nanshiyang Canyon Forest Park is located on the bank of the Yongding River and at the foot of the Great Wall. Situated in West Hills of Taihang Mountains, the park’s main peak is 1580 meters above the sea level, and the total length of the canyon is more than 20 kilometers. Canyon, peaks, and cliffs constitute its unique landscape that is majestic, odd, risky, and secluded, making it an extraordinary tourist destination integrating sightseeing, photography, scientific collection, and mountain hiking. 

The scenic areas consist of “One Canyon and Nine Valleys”, “Eighteen Bends”, and “Seventy-two Joints”. Along the natural winding road, visitors can enjoy more than twenty magnificent scenes, such as Fanchen Valley, Qixia Valley, Xiaoyao Valley, and so on. You can see white clouds rise from the distant mountains and sway into the clear sky. You can stroll through the Tianhua Tower and pick up flowers on garden paths. On a clear night, when you stop at peaks and look up at the stars, you can't help but reflect on the immensity of cosmos. The park is fully equipped with a service area, a reception area, a resort area, and a relaxation area, which can meet the different needs of visitors.
