To further facilitate foreign nationals' application for visas and other documents in nearby locations, on December 22, the Exit-Entry Administration of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau established exit-entry service centers for foreigners at the Dongcheng, Xicheng, Daxing, Changping and Yanqing branches.
The Exit-Entry Service Center for Foreigners, Dongcheng Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security is located at No. 52, Jinbao Street, Dongcheng District. Its office hours are Monday- Friday (except public holidays) 9:00-17:00.
The Exit-Entry Service Center for Foreigners, Xicheng Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security is located on the first floor of the Xicheng District Government Service Center, Tower D, Building 8, Xuanwumenwai Street, Xicheng District. The office hours are Monday-Friday (except public holidays) 9:00-12:00 and 13:30- 17:00.
The Exit-Entry Service Center for Foreigners, Daxing Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security is located on the first floor of Building 8, Courtyard 18, Jinxing Road, Daxing District. The office hours are Monday-Saturday (except public holidays) 9:00-17:00.
The Exit-Entry Service Center for Foreigners, Changping Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security is located in Building 4, Courtyard 9, Kexueyuan Road, Changping District. The office hours are Monday-Saturday (except public holidays) 9:00-16:30.
The Exit-Entry Service Center for Foreigners, Yanqing Branch of Beijing Municipal Public Security is located on the 5th floor of the Yanqing District Government Service Center, No. 60 Qingyuan Street, Yanqing District. The office hours are Monday-Saturday (except public holidays) 9:00-17:00.
Foreign applicants in Beijing can apply for visa services at any of the above-mentioned service centers, regardless of the district.
The Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, along with the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, will pilot and optimize the working mode of "joint application of two permits" at the Government Service Center of the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the above-mentioned exit-entry service centers the Haidian and Daxing branches of Beijing Municipal Public Security, and Beijing CBD International Talent One-stop Service Center.
Foreign applicants who, as recognized by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, meet the requirements for Class A, B, and C work permits can submit applications at the above service centers. The processing timeframe is five working days for Class A work permits, and seven working days for Class B and C work permits.
Tips: under routine pandemic prevention and control requirements, before on-site application for visas and other documents at any of the aforementioned locations, please log in to the official website of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau or the Official WeChat Account of Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau ("北京公安出入境") to make an appointment in advance, print out the application form with the barcode, and submit the application at the appointed time and place with relevant materials.
