From November 15 to December 9, Liu Yuyi's Portraits of Cultural Figures has been on display in the National Center for the Performing Arts. In the 1970s and 1980s, artist Liu Yuyi painted for more than 100 Chinese cultural celebrities, which was called by writer Ding Ling as "a rare initiative in our country's portrait history".
