The press conference on the list of excellent exhibitions of the Beijing Museum in 2021 and the launching ceremony of the training class for curators of Beijing Museum in 2022 were held in Beijing, which was attended by representatives of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage, Beijing Museum Society and award-winning units.

At the site, the list of the selection of excellent exhibitions of Beijing Museum in 2021 was released, and awards were given to representatives of award-winning units. It is reported that the selection activity was jointly carried out by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage and the Beijing Museum Society, which attracted 49 museums to participate and submitted 70 exhibitions, including 55 offline museum exhibitions and 15 cloud exhibitions. Through preliminary and final evaluation, 6 projects of the Palace Museum, including the "Permanent Exhibition of the Palace Museum Ceramic Museum", won the "Outstanding Contribution Award", and 10 projects of the Capital Museum, including the "Great Journey - Special Exhibition to Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC", won the "Excellent Exhibition", The Chinese People's Revolutionary Military Museum won the "Excellent Cloud Exhibition" for eight projects, including "Advancing under the banner of the Party - the theme exhibition of the People's Army celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC".

At the site, the 2022 training course for curators of Beijing Museum was also launched. The training course is jointly organized by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage, Beijing Museum Society and CNKI. It is mainly aimed at the professional and technical personnel in charge of the exhibition and display business in museums in Beijing and Beijing's supporting and cooperative regions. It will focus on museum exhibition planning, exhibition outline preparation, exhibition form design, exhibition publicity and promotion. According to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the training class was conducted online throughout the course.

Next, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural Heritage and the Beijing Institute of Museums will innovate the talent training model, formulate a special training plan for "excellent museum curators", and cultivate a number of museum talent teams with strong abilities and international perspectives, especially the curators, so as to continue to make efforts in the construction of the city of Beijing museums and constantly polish the golden card of Beijing culture.
