The opening ceremony of the 6th Chinese Opera Culture Week was held in Beijing Garden Expo Park on November 6.

The opening ceremony was full of celebrities and wonderful performances. The martial arts performance brought by Jingju Theater Company of Beijing showed the prosperity of the country and the jubilation of the drama industry. Then the wonderful plays began. The outstanding young and middle-aged actors from the Northern Kunqu Opera Theatre and China Pingju Opera Kunqu opera performed classic fragments of Dream in Peony Pavilion and Flower is a Matchmaker, showing the charm of the operas and making the audience into the opera garden.

On the opening day, the Chinese Opera Culture Week brought a variety of performances and activities to the audience. Visitors can see Hebei Bangzi, and enjoy the immersive Peking Opera. Zhengyici Theater is staged opera culture week special performance - Kun opera "Dream in Peony Pavilion". The academic forum and the new opera theme exhibition have also attracted a lot of attention.

The sixth Chinese opera culture week started on November 4 and will last until November 10. It will continue to carry out regular opera performances in the Beijing Garden Expo Park, and village community will carry out theme activities, "small stage", and parent-child activities.
