Gao Hongwei, the representative inheritor of Jingxi Taiping Drum, holds a drum in his left hand and a drumstick in his right, and is teaching the Taiping drum technique to the students.
In 2006, the Jingxi Taiping Drum was included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, and since then Gao Hongwei has quit his job to specialize in spreading Taiping drum skills. He traveled all year round, borrowing temporary venues for teaching, and having a fixed place to teach was his long-cherished wish.

After investigation and negotiation, Gao Hongwei decided to settle the national intangible cultural heritage Jingxi Taiping Drum Transmission Base and Inheritors' Studio here. At present, the park, campus and teaching base are jointly preparing for the creation of Jingxi Taiping Inspirational Drama, creating the first Jingxi Taiping Inspirational Drama with a sense of the times, modern atmosphere and local characteristics.
