On October 12, under the guidance of the National Radio and Television Administration's online Audio-visual Department, and Beijing Radio and Television Administration, Youku launched a large-scale online documentary titled "Tales of Happiness in China". With the innovative narrative of "art and technology", the program records the ordinary lives and struggles of ordinary people from all walks of life.
