Duyichu is a Shumai (a type of traditional Chinese dumpling) restaurant founded in 1738. Throughout hundreds of years of operation, Duyichu has developed a complete set of exquisite Shumai producing craftsmanship. The wrapper of Shumais thin and transparent with 24 folds. Shumai made by this restaurant features extra thin wrapping and rich meat juice, can be dubbed the quintessence!
