2022-09-22

Some people say that the most beautiful season in Beijing is autumn. Let’s spend the weekend roaming around the capital in early autumn and explore those unique and little-known beauties hidden in the corners.

Sanlihe Park

Sanihe Park boasts beautiful scenery. Whether its architecture style or its plants, it can rival with the landscape in regions south of the Yangtze River.

The pavilions, terraces and open halls here are simple in style and exquisite in shape, matched with clear river water and aquatic plants by the riverside, which is a feast for your eyes. Here, the stream is flowing, the breeze is blowing slowly, and the setting sun will coat the unique garden with a golden glory, which is a different kind of soft scene in Beijing’s autumn.

On both sides of the river, the gray brick alleys are long and quiet. The park is not very big, but it is suitable for “stealing a half day from busy life to get refresh”. Taking a walk and looking at the water, you will experience the leisure of the south part of old Beijing.

No reservation required.
