On September 15, 2022 National Science Popularization Day and Flower Science Popularization Carnival were held in Beijing Garden of World's Flowers in Fengtai District. With the theme of "Welcoming the 20th National Congress, Popularizing Science to the Future", the event gave full play to the advantages of floral resources in Fengtai District, creating a brand activity of floral science popularization and providing a rich feast of science popularization for the public.

The event was organized by the Fengtai District Science Association, the Fengtai District Science and Information Bureau, the Fengtai District Landscape Bureau and the Fengtai District Yuquanying Street, and hosted by the Beijing Science Education Museum Association and the Beijing Garden of World's Flowers, with the support of the China Garden Museum and the National Botanical Garden (North Garden).
