On September 15, the 13th China Art Festival, co-organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Beijing Municipal People's Government, Tianjin Municipal People's Government and People's Government of Hebei Province, was successfully concluded in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province.

At the closing ceremony, winners of the 17th Wenhua Award were announced. 15 works won Wenhua Award, and 15 artists were awarded the Wenhua Screenwriting Award, the Wenhua Directing Award and the Wenhua Performance Award separately. In addition, the full list of winners of the 19th Qunxing Award was officially unveiled, covering 25 works ranging from music, dance, opera, quyi to square dance, as well as 5 mass choir groups.

The 13th China Art Festival is abundant and successful, converging 78 national art troupes, 112 grass-roots art groups, over 20,000 artists, 81 exquisite stage performances, 145 mass literary works, 32 choirs and 1,007 sets of artworks. During the festival, more than 200,000 people visited theaters, art galleries, museums, exhibitions and so on. It is reported than over 300 million people gathered online, tasting, appreciating and enjoying the art festival.
