On September 6, 2022 China Tourism and Culture Week launching ceremony kicked off in Beijing. Jointly organized by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation, Department of Intangible Cultural Heritage, Ministry of Culture and Tourism and People's Daily Online, there are five thematic topics of this year including "City Constructions”, “Intangible Cultural Heritage for Poverty Reduction”, “Yellow River Culture”, “The Silk Road" and “Rural Revitalization”.
Through vividly presenting Chinese stories relating to conservation of excellent traditional culture, efforts contributed to rural revitalization and great achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, it is necessary to let the Chinese experience, Chinese solutions and Chinese wisdom contained therein better reach the world and benefit all mankind. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism will take this event as an opportunity to strengthen cultural and tourism exchanges and cooperation with other countries around the world, to transcend civilizational barriers with cultural exchanges, conquer civilizational conflicts with mutual appreciation, remove civilizational superiority with civilizational coexistence, and promote the building of a community of human destiny.
