13th China Art Festival | Series exhibitions to be unveiled in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei

From September 1 to 15, the 13th China Art Festival, co-hosted by Ministry of Culture and Tourism, People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Tianjin Municipal People's Government, and People's Government of Hebei Province, will be held in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The festival will hold  exhibitions as a part of main activities. On August 26, Ministry of Culture and Tourism held a press briefing to introduce the three major exhibitions and one themed exhibition.

The 13th China Art Festival includes an exhibition on national excellent art works, an exhibition on calligraphy and seal Cutting, an exhibition on photography exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Three Major Exhibitions") and "People-centered Literature and Climbing to Peak Art-Commemorating the 80th anniversary of Comrade Mao Zedong's Speech at Yan'an Literature and Art Symposium Theme Exhibition" (hereinafter referred to as "Theme Exhibition"). 

The opening ceremony of the Three Major Exhibitions are planned to be held at the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC) on the morning of September 2. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei three venues will hold the opening ceremony simultaneously through a combination of online and offline methods. The Theme Exhibition will last until October 14. Selected works will be held on tour. The opening ceremony of the Theme Exhibition is scheduled to be held at the National Museum of China (NMC) on the afternoon of September 1, and the Theme Exhibition will last until September 15.
