1.Chaoyang Park

Chaoyang Park was built in 1984 and is located in Chaoyang Park South Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It is a large city park within the fourth ring of Beijing, and a comprehensive, multi-functional, cultural and recreational park with a focus on landscaping. Chaoyang Park offers a wide variety of sports, including running, soccer, basketball, tennis, table tennis, badminton, baseball, Frisbee, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc.

There are two types of fitness paths in Chaoyang Park: a red marked walking path with a total length of 5.2km and a green marked walking path with a total length of 1.1km. Street lights are placed at 30m intervals to facilitate night running. 

The park is surrounded by subway stations and bus stops. It is also close to the SOLANA, so you can have a meal right after you leave the park!

2. Olympic Forest Park

Olympic Forest Park is a convenient place for the public to get close to nature. Most of the park is covered with greenery, and at a glance it looks like the summer scenes in Hayao Miyazaki's animation.

Beijing Olympic Forest Park is the only "Dual Olympic Park" in the world that has experienced both the Summer and Winter Olympics. Covering an area of 680 hectares, the park is known by runners as "the top 1 running pilgrimage place in China" and receives more than 10 million passenger trips every year. The park is rich in forest resources, with 478 hectares of greenery and 67.7 hectares of water surface. There is a professional plastic running track, a comprehensive running service center and a physical training room. There are also basketball courts, soccer fields, and children's play areas.

At present, the sunflowers in Olympic Forest Park are in full bloom. The golden "sea of flowers" is so beautiful that people are intoxicated. The sunflowers are against the white clouds and blue sky, making them look like a classic painting by Van Gogh.

3. Urban Green Heart Forest Park

Located in the southeast of the intersection of the Grand Canal Ecological Civilization Zone and the East Sixth Ring Innovation Development Axis, the Urban Green Heart Forest Park is the largest green open public space in the sub-center. The park is open to the public 24 hours a day without walls. Many young people play basketball here on weekends, and parents bring their children to play in the Oasis Camp.

The most popular place for children is the Saye Paradise, which not only has rotating swings and giant seesaws, but also escape slides, mazes and other interesting facilities.

The China Bookstore Greenheart Park branch is located near the north entrance of the park, just five minutes away from the P10 parking lot. The bookstore not only has books, but also has a coffee and national trendy hot creative goods section, as well as a traditional Chinese style reading space.

4. Kappa Shougang Extreme Park

Kappa Shougang Extreme Park has three parts: Skatepark, Rock Climbing Field and Leisure Area. It is the newest trendy sports spot in Shijingshan District, attracting many people who love extreme sports to come and play.

In the Kappa Shougang Extreme Park, the original train unloading tumbler base platform was transformed into a professional skateboarding area. The sound of skateboards rubbing against the field makes people excited. 

Three irregular walls not far away are also particularly eye-catching. This is a rock-climbing wall based on the support structure of Shougang's original material transfer station and belt corridor.

It is understood that there is not only a street-style competition area in the skateboard area, but also a breaking wave-shaped track and round barrels and other obstacles, meeting the conditions for hosting international-level professional competition projects. The three groups of climbing walls in the climbing area are divided into rock-hugging area, speed track and difficulty track, and there is also a specially opened children's climbing area.
