From now on to June 26, 2022, ticket holders of the above performances can apply for refunds in the original ticketing channels and places of purchase:

1. For those who purchased tickets on the official website of China Children's Arts and WeChat public number (including theater card users), you do not need any operation. We will arrange for your refund as soon as possible, and the ticket money will be returned to your original payment account.

2. For those who purchased paper tickets at the China Children's Arts box office, please call the box office ticket hotline 4001016161 for refunds.

3. For those who purchased tickets through third-party ticketing platforms, please contact the corresponding ticketing platform for ticket refunds.
