Where to enjoy the flowers in the suburbs of Beijing? Huairou North Station

The next stop of Yanqi Lake is Huairou North Station. The Qinlong Gorge Scenic Area is 7 kilometers from the station. The Qinglongxia Dam is located in the center of the scenic area, with a height of 59 meters and a length of 283 meters. This is the first concrete hyperbolic gravity arch dam in Beijing. Around Qingming Festival, the mountain is getting green. You can enjoy the scenery of the gorge by walking up the ancient Great Wall to the Jade Emperor Terrace.

Gubeikou Station

Gubeikou Station is the terminal station. Gubei Water Town is 12 kilometers away from the station, where the Simatai Great Wall is famous for its "danger, density, wonder, ingenuity and completeness". It is the only ancient architectural site in China that retains its original appearance of the Ming Dynasty. In spring, the Simatai Great Wall presents a different scenery against the background of mountain flowers, blue sky and clear water.
