JW Marriott Hotel Beijing will hold the Bali Food Festival from March 10 to 26 at the award-winning restaurant - Asia Bistro. This Food Festival is co-hosted with the Embassy of Indonesia and Garuda Indonesia. The launch party will be held at Lobby Lounge and Asia Bistro on March 10.

Guest will enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience with diverse flavors from Bali and appreciate the traditional dance performance. They can enjoy authentic Bali flavors specially prepared by guest chefs and mixologists from Bali to satiate their taste buds with gourmet dishes.

During the Bali Food Festival, Guest Chef Billi Oktarina, Sandy Putra Permana and Made Karyasa from The Ritz-Carlton, Bali will present a variety of typical dishes, such as the world famous gado gado, ayam sambol match and more.

Apart from that, guests can also taste the most expensive coffee in the world - Civet Coffee. The guest mixologist Adi Wirawan, who is from Courtyard Bali Seminyak Resort, will present unique cocktails including Bali Padua, which is a must-try for the locals; guests will have a chance to learn how to make their own Bali cocktails by attending the cocktail class.

The festival is not only about great gastronomy, but also about a real Balinese culture experience. Guests can enjoy traditional performances such as Bali dancing and experience a distinctive batik workshop.

Guests will have an opportunity to win a two-night stay at Courtyard Bali Seminyak Resort, The Stone Hotel-Autograph Collection and Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort.
