Beijing Chateau Changyu AFIP Global was built in June 2007 by Yantai Changyu Group integrating capital from China, France, the United States, Italy, Portugal and other countries. The construction of the winery has been supported by the International Organization of Vine and Wine (OIV). It is now a national 4A-level tourist attraction, a five-star national leisure agriculture and rural tourism park, and a classroom practice activity base for primary and middle school students in Beijing.

The castle has a total construction area of more than 7000㎡ and is divided into four floors. Rose Garden
The Rose Garden Scenic Area is located in Caijiawa Village, Jugezhuang Town, Miyun District. It is the first artificially built multifunctional rose theme garden in North China that integrates leisure, sightseeing, sales, science, hiking, and cycling bases. It is also the largest in Beijing Base of outdoor rose flowers.
The park includes colourful flower seas, water bars, restaurants, DIY experience projects, etc., covering an area of about 2,000 mu. The creation of the Rose Garden adds a sea of flowers to Caijiawa, known as the most beautiful village in Beijing and the most charming leisure village in China.
