Bolitai Village is located at the foot of Dongzhihu Mountain, the highest peak in Pinggu, and has a history of more than 300 years. There is a road with countless bends in the Pinggu Mountain of Beijing. This dangerous road connects a paradise in a large mountain. Bolitai Village is very beautiful. Surrounded by mountains, there is a small road connected with the outside world accompanied by a stream, the almost primitive ecological environment attracts more and more people to visit, the setting sun, the smoke curls, it really looks like a paradise.

When I first heard the name Bolitai (glass platform) Village, I was a little curious and thought there was a viewing platform like a glass plank road over there. Only when I got there, I realized that it was not true. This village is built on a platform at the foot of the Great Wall, and there are many tall and strong glass trees growing around, and there is a quartz mine for smelting glass in the southern mountain of the village, hence it got the name glass platform.

Bolitai Village is located in a deep mountain area, with the Great Wall to the north, the Four Towers and Feilong Valley Scenic Spot in the south, Yangjiatai Reservoir in the west, the first peak of Pinggu, Dongzhihu Mountain, in the east, and 10,000 mu of primitive ecological forest in Xinglong, Hebei. It is relatively closed and quiet place. The unique geographical environment creates the unique climate of Bolitai, warm in winter and cool in summer, sufficient sunshine, large temperature gap between day and night, fresh air, and 7th-level negative oxygen ions. There is no wind in winter and no mosquitoes in summer. It is a natural air conditioner and natural oxygen storage.

The peaks of the glass platform are exquisite and beautiful, with various gestures and magnificent scenery. Standing in the village and looking at Beishan, you can see the relics of the Ming Great Wall, magnificent and desolate, the original appearance is well preserved, demonstrating the history. Climbing on the Great Wall, you can overlook the village.

The locals say that Dongzhihu Peak is the essence of Bolitai Village, and the One-Line-Sky is a gift from heaven. Hufeng has been referred to as the first peak in Pinggu, with verdant peaks and beautiful forests. There is a road leading to the top of the mountain, winding and quiet, with birds singing and pine making waves, you may feel like walking in a painting. There is a pavilion on the top of the mountain, and when you look down from it, your mind seems to have become much wider. At the place where the cliff breaks, there is only a small gap in between, and the narrowest part only allows one person to walk through. Standing in the middle of the gap, you can feel the magic of nature, and you will understand why human seems so small in this mysterious experience.
