Crab Island City Sea View Water Park
Crab Island City Sea View Water Park is the largest man-made beach in China, located in Xiedao Resort, Airport Side Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The park demonstrates tropical seaside style, with a large artificial wave pool, a wide beach area, and a number of auxiliary entertainment and service facilities. It is an excellent place for everyone to relax in summer and enjoy the sea view nearby.
The elevated circular water slide with a drop of nearly 12 meters is really thrilling. There are two fish-catching ponds for adults and children, colourful small houses, swings and slides of various shapes in the park, creating a fairy tale world in the water. There is a barbecue area next to the surf pool in the water park, and you can enjoy the delicious food directly after you come out from the water. There are BBQ just sold for a few RMB, as well as lobsters of about 12 cm. The Mediterranean style water bar faces the sea. In addition, there are casual beer squares, comfortable tables and chairs, parasols, a variety of refreshing drinks, and performances by seascape bands.
Among the urban seascape water parks, the most popular is the artificial wave pool, which is said to be the largest outdoor artificial wave pool in Beijing. On weekdays, 12 wave-making machines make waves, and the pool just looks like sea with waves hitting the shore. Waves rise above the pool, creating a realistic feeling of the sea. Sand in the simulated big beach is transported from Hainan. There are 4 elevated water slides, two 9m straight slides, and the curved slides are 13m and 15m respectively.

Tuanjiehu Waterfront Park
For many people, Tuanjiehu Park is a must-visit place for cooling off in summer.
Beijing Tuanjiehu Waterfront Park is located in Tuanjiehu Park. The simulation waterfront park has been very popular among tourists ever since its opening. In the hot summer, you can enjoy the unlimited fun of the summer beach without leaving the city. Because of this, the seaside paradise has the reputation of “Little Beidaihe in Beijing”.

The seaside paradise covers an area of 9,000 ㎡, and water sports projects: wave pool, beach, swimming pool, children's pool, water slide, happy island, children’s water castle, mushroom spray, small bay, etc. Although the tiny “coast” in the capital is man-made, it looks realistic, interesting, safe and clean. Just looking at its crystal-clear water is enough to make people comfortable, happy, and relieved.
Some fishing nets are hung on the beach, and the other side is the “sea”. This artificial wave pool is quite large in Beijing, enough for thousands of people to have fun. There is not only water in this “sea”, but also wind and waves. Kids who may not know each other before pull up a human wall hands in hands, and yelling in the waves.
There are not only relatively large wave pools, clean swimming pools, and a water slide that is not necessarily open at all times. More importantly, here you can find the first artificial beaches in Beijing’s parks - although it seems that it is only a tiny small place. Like most of the paddling pools in the city, the pools here are too shallow to swim - after all, they weren't meant for swimming.
There is a small pavilion with a terrazzo slide in the center of the pool, and a huge wave-making wheel nearby. When the wave-making time comes, the crowd must gather in front to feel the huge impact of the wave, and there are often staff members shouting “Go back, go back!” But the most popular is the small beach. There are often people playing beach volleyball. The venue is so small that usually people from different groups would gather for a competition, which is also full of fun. The water in the swimming pool next to it is of high quality. Although it is a little small in area, its depth is still acceptable; the water slides are generally playable, but sometimes the blue rotating water slides are not large enough for the water flow. The free lockers are quite considerable, however, it is terrible that only cold water is available for bathing, extremely cold! That could be a big challenge.
