
Fahai Temple Forest Park is located in the north of Moshikou Village of Shijingshan District. Situated at the southern foot of Cuiwei Mountain, Fahai Temple was constructed in 1439 and approved as a national culture relic protection site. This temple is the home to one of the best preserved Buddhist frescoes in the Ming Dynasty, which plays an important role in the frescoes of China and even the world and highly admired by scholars and experts from cultural relics and arts circles.
