1. Mutianyu Great Wall
The Great Wall of Mutianyu was built in 1368 by Xu Da, a general under Zhu Yuanzhang. This section of the Great Wall has very high historical value and cultural value.
Surrounded by mountains, it has beautiful scenery and vegetation coverage of over 96%. In 2011, it was rated as a national 5A level tourist attraction. There is enclosed cable car, slide way, Great Wall villa, Yisonglou restaurant, Mutianyu Great Wall Hotel, low-altitude tour by helicopter and other supporting projects in the tourist area.
On June 28, 2014, as a supporting project of the 2014 APEC summit, Mutianyu Great Wall Tourism comprehensive service area was put into operation. It is equipped with ticket sales area, tourist center, Great Wall Culture Exhibition Center, commercial street, underground parking and other functional areas. In addition, the scenic area also integrates the Great Wall culture with healthy and vigorous life philosophy to create colorful theme activities.

2. Yanqi Lake
Yanqi lake is located at the edge of the Great Wall at the foot of Yanshan mountain. In spring and autumn every year, groups of wild geese come to the lake to perch, so it gets its name.

Yanqi lake is composed of two lake areas, the east and the west, with wide water surface, 38 million cubic meters of storage capacity, 230 hectares of water surface and 25 meters of maximum water depth.
The overall planning scope of Yanqi lake ecological development demonstration area is 31 square kilometers, including 21 square kilometers of international metropolis and 10 square kilometers of Yanqi Town.
Yanqi Lake under the Great Wall is a AAAAA tourist attraction integrating food, housing, transportation, tourism, shopping and entertainment.

Self driving route: drive along Beijing-Chengde Expressway to No.14 Huairou exit, then go straight to the viaduct, turn right at the second traffic light (Exhibition Center) and go straight for about 5km to enter Yanqi Lake parking lot.
3. Huanghuacheng water Great Wall
Huanghuacheng water Great Wall tourist area is a national 4A scenic spot, located in Jiuduhe Town, Huairou District, Beijing. It is named after the Great Wall in the water. It is the only great wall connected with the water in Beijing. The scenic spot is 65km away from the urban area of Beijing and 35km away from Huairou District. Route 1: take Beijing-Chengde Expressway; after leaving the expressway from exit 13 of Beijing-Chengde expressway, you can see the road sign of the scenic spot. Turn left at the fourth traffic light and go straight to the direction of Jiuduhe river. You can get there following the road sign.
Route 2: drive along Ansi road; from Lishuiqiao to Xiaotangshan, go straight to the north (or exit at No. 61 of Sixth Ring Road to Ansi Road), turn left at Jiuduhe gas station, and arrive at the scenic spot following the road signs.
Route 3: take Beijing-Tibet Expressway (formerly Badaling Expressway); drive from exit No. 32 of Beijing-Tibet Expressway to the direction of the Ming Tombs; turn right at the intersection of Changling road, go straight to the direction of Jiuduhe, turn left at the intersection of "Y" and then turn left at the Jiuduhe gas station; you can reach the scenic spot following the road sign.
4. Qinglong Gorge
Qinglong gorge is a national 4A scenic spot and National Water Conservancy Scenic spot. It is located at the pass of the ancient Great Wall in Huaibei Town, Huairou District, Beijing. It is 75 kilometers away from Sanyuan bridge in Beijing. It is a natural scenic spot integrating green mountains, green water and the ancient Great Wall.
The scenic area covers an area of 150 hectares, with a narrow length of more than five kilometers from north to south. The reservoir dam divides the scenic area into two parts. In the north, tourists can enjoy the scenery on both sides by boat or speedboat. There is bungee jumping, rock climbing and other fitness and entertainment projects on the east bank. The mountains on both sides of the canyon are majestic with dense vegetation. At the top of the mountain, there are well preserved enemy buildings of the ancient Great Wall of Ming Dynasty, attracting numerous tourists to explore historical sites.

Self driving line: under the exit of No. 14 (Huairou) of Beijing-Chengde expressway, up the viaduct to the exit of national highway G111 (Jingjia Road), and down the bridge, straight north across Yanqi lake for 7 km.
5. Hongluo Temple
Hongluo temple was built in the fourth year of Xiankang in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (338). It is the birthplace and the largest Buddhist temple in northern China. Most of the people in charge of Hongluo temple were royal relatives. There is a profound historical accumulation and culture, wonderful geographical environment and climatic conditions, which make Hongluo Temple beautiful.
Hongluo temple, with a total area of 800 hectares, is a national 4A tourist attraction.
