Qikong Bridge Flower Sea

In this season, for people who want to take a stroll in a sea of flowers, there is no doubt that the flower sea on the east side of Qikong Bridge near Changchi Road will be a surprise.

The Qikong Bridge Flower Sea covers an area of over 40 hectares and presents a sea of flowers with galsang flowers, coreopsis, salvia in autumn, offering you a visual feast. In the distance, the Qikong Bridge (Seven-arch Bridge) looks more dignified and quaint, giving off an elegant vibe against the mountains and flowers.

Flower Sea near Shisanling Reservoir

Beijing embraces its most bright and charming period in autumn. You can see clustered flowers in blossom forming a brilliant sea of flowers when walking north along the west bank of Shisanling Reservoir.

The flower sea is located on the west side of the second dam of Shisanling Reservoir, which used to be a sandpit with an orderly and rough terrain. Various flowers are planted in different sections, forming a sea of flowers in summer and autumn. Definitely, it is one of the best places to enjoy flowers in Beijing suburb. The nearby Qikong Bridge (Seven-arch Bridge) built in the Ming Dynasty is well-protected. You can feel its antique flavor when appreciating flowers. Such the scenery is worth enjoying!

Yanqing Four Seasons Flower Sea

Yanqing Four Seasons Flower Sea is located in Sihai Town, Yanqing District. Among the green hills and clear water, there are thousands of acres of flowers which blossom beautifully, turning the farmland into a garden.

Sunflowers, roses, lilies, chrysanthemums and other flowers have created the landscape as the poem describes that “the valley becomes golden with the chrysanthemums everywhere, making mountains on both sides miraculous”. With the advent of flower periods, it is in a riot of color, presenting a marvelous landscape.

There is also a variety of flowers in the fields, in the cottages and in the ravines. Especially when you stand on the high observation deck overlooking the sea of flowers, the green mountains and green waters seem to be covered with colorful clothes, forming an iridescent flower ocean.

Pearl Landscape

Pearl Spring Township is named after the Pearl Spring, and the spring together with its water and pool is one of the eight scenic spots in ancient Yanqing. The spring water is crystal clear. According to historical records, the Pearl Spring has a history of more than 1,500 years. It is said that because of its strings of bubbles, which is like thousands of pearls rolling, Yongle Emperor gave the name to it after he drank the spring water during the Northern Expedition.

The blisters in the spring are like strings of pearls. When you approach the spring, you can try to clap your hands and the pearl-like scene will be more obvious.

Backed by the green hills with ethereal mist, it boasts picturesque scenery, making for a good place to enjoy flowers. Surrounded by the peaks and the flower sea in full bloom, you can not only appreciate the beauty of the pastoral scenery of nature, but also feel relaxed heart and soul.
