The Yongning Pavilion stands at the highest point of the whole garden, where visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the garden including the Haituo Mountain, the China Pavilion and the Tiantian Mountain. The building integrates the ancient Chinese architectural style during the Tang, Liao and Jin dynasties with a layout of high pavilion with courtyard. The 27.6-meter pavilion has one floor underground, two floors above the ground.
