Wang Steak named in honor of Taiwan’s legendary plastics magnate Wang Yung-ching serves numerous authentic Taiwanese dishes and is one of best-known steakhouses. Only six parts of an ox can be used for “Wang Steak”, so that it may be a little bit expensive to dine there.

The average spend is about 350 yuan per capita. However, it is grounded to serve such quality steak at that price as it selects only the best – the 6th to 8th pairs of ribs, and preserves them in a mixture of dozens of Chinese and Western spices for 48 hours. The beef is then cooked at 250°C for one and a half hours to achieve optimal tenderness and taste. The beef tendon cowhells are refreshing and tasty. Wang Steak both serves spicy and mild flavors.
