  • Fencing Hall of China National Convention Center

Within the China National Convention Center of the Olympic Green, the Fencing Hall covers a building area of 56,000 m2, consisting of security room, stadium operating room, machine room, fencing training hall, and warm-up venue. It has been the venue for fencing and modern pentathlon in Beijing Olympic Games, and witnessed 10 gold medals here. The Fencing Hall includes four parts: fencing training hall, events management room, fencing warm-up venue, and competition hall.

  • Chaoyang Park Beach Volleyball Ground

Sitting in the north of Chaoyang(Sun) Park, it has been one of the temporary venues of Beijing Olympic Games. The whole competition venue includes a main competition field, two warm-up venues, and six training venues. With a planning area of 18 hectares, the Ground offers 12,000 spectator seats. With a greening rate over 70%, it is one of the largest venues with the most expansive green belts. Similar to the Birds Nest, the Ground is also a steel structure building.

  • The Olympic Park Hockey Field

Sitting in the south part of Olympic Green, the field has a total building area of 15,546 m2, consisting of competition field, trial match venue, 14 auxiliary buildings, spectators stand, and various parking lot and road facilities. With 12,000 seats, the competition field is on the west of the Field. The trial match venue is on the east of the Field and has 5,000 seats. Amid the surrounding 14 auxiliary buildings, six are used as the backyard of competition, and eight are used for providing services to audience during competition.
