This restaurant offers traditional courses in authentic flavor of Zhejiang cuisine, especially Hangzhou dishes that are amazing. Each of its branches in unique decoration brings you pleasant dining experience.

The braised pork in brown sauce here is made of selected quality streaky pork, fresh black carp and dried bamboo shoots stewed in pot above medium-low fire, featuring bright color, appetizing aroma, tender and fresh taste (because excess oil is absorbed by the dried bamboo shoots) free of any sweetness that is always found in a traditional one, and the rich aftertastes.

More options include the old duck pot, in authentic Hangzhou flavor, made of old duck (at least 2 years old) braised with ingredients like dried bamboo shoots (from Lin’an), Jinhua ham, flowering cabbage and reed leaves. The duck meat is chewy but not tough, fresh but not greasy; bamboo shoots are fresh and tasty, and chewy ham in proper fat-to-lean ratio, all completed by a bowl of duck soup.
