Last stop of the day is Jianfu Guanyin Temple, also known as Jianfu Temple. It is the reconstructed ashram of Buddhist Jianfu Nunnery in another place on the ruin of Dazhigu Yaowang Temple.
In October, 2002, a four-side Thousand-Hand Kwan-yin statue was enshrined and worshiped in Yuantong Palace. It was designed according to the standard of Buddha Tectonics of Mahayana with extremely skilled craftsmanship. As early before the temple was constructed, an over 600 years old ancient locus tree had been there; it is now still growing energetically with mellow flower fragrance lingering in the yard. The exquisite bronze bell in bell tower rings profoundly and endlessly. Wish you a safe and lucky future with three ringings.
