The world's leading workspace, interactive community and service provider WeWork held an opening ceremony for its Beijing Fun location in Xicheng district on July 27.

At the event, key members of the design, technology and product teams revealed the workspace's ever-changing digital technology, unique design concept and operating mechanism.

Located in Quanyechang, a historic building that dates back 120 years and co-created with Chinese property company Sino-Ocean Group, WeWork's Beijing Fun location embraces four floors with 268 desks, showcasing a Chinese style that combines traditional culture and modern business.

"At the center of the old town in Beijing, WeWork keeps the building's characteristics, remolding it as it used to be, and while rejuvenating it with cutting-edge technology, which brings surprise and inspiration to people's work and life," said Alan Ai, general manager of WeWork Greater China.
