Lize Financial Business Zone of Beijing’s Fengtai district has been building a cluster of financial industries to comprehensively implement Beijing’s general plan.

Fengtai district steps up the integration development process of Lize area and Beijing Financial Street in Xicheng district and actively takes over the expansion of Beijing’s financial and business areas to forge Lize Financial Business Zone into the “Second Financial Street”.

Lize has attracted 482 enterprises to settle in so far, whose accumulate registered capital are 330 billion yuan (48.69 billion U.S. dollars).

Among them, 396 enterprises belong to financial industry, including 13 traditional financial firms and 383 emerging financial companies.
