Wangjing Yihao

This restaurant is located beside the ice rink at Beijing China World Shopping Mall=. You can enjoy the dishes both outdoor and indoor, outdoors is given the priority in summer. The dishes are spicy and appetizing.  There is a layer of chilies floating on the surface of a basin of Chongqing style boiled blood Curd with numerous side dishes including cattle stomach, pork tripe, pork luncheon meat, endive sprout, and bean sprouts, featuring fresh and delicious. The fish heads with two flavors is separately served on one plate to avoid the intergration of  flavors. Each fish head has spinach noodles beside. Yuxin Xiaochu is located on the second floor of Beijing Fortune Mall. The decoration styling is fashionable and simple, which welcomes crowds at dinner time. Therefore you are expected to arrive ahead of time if you want to try this restaurant.  Boiled sole fish in hot chili oil is served on a full basin. The fish slice is thick with tight and bouncy quality. It is very appetizing with the side dishes like bean sprouts. Poached sliced beef in hot chili oil is well-known in Sichuan cuisine, and the shop can provide lots of beef slice with bean sprouts and Chinese cabbage. With a layer of chopped scallions and garlic, it is delicious after watering by hot oil.
