Specialty: Xihe Village is a new-style Beijing restaurant, which has been opened in Beijing since 2008. This branch in Taikoo Li is the newest one. The restaurant covers an area of more than 500 square meters. It's decorated in stylish elegance and modernity, and the two giant water-droplet-shaped tables near the door are particularly eye-catching.

The new-style Peking duck, one of the three specialties in Xihe Village, is very popular in Beijing. Each duck is roasted with a traditional hanging roaster, and it will be eaten in a creative and interesting way. In addition to traditional ingredients, the duck is also served with western dipping sauce and special wine for eating Peking duck in Sanlitun. When eating duck skin by dipping it in blueberry sauce and pop rocks, with sparkling wine, you will understand why it's called "dancing Peking duck".

You'd better book by telephone in advance, because the duck will be roasted for a long time. The new dish, Spicy Crayfish with Minced Garlic, is specially served in summer. The crayfish is covered with a layer of golden fried garlic which is underlaid with minced garlic. All your fingers pleasantly smell like fried garlic after you ate. If you like spicy food, you can order the one with super spicy sauce. This sauce is specially fried with beef, galangal and other ingredients, which is salty, spicy, and slightly sweet. The dish is also matched with fried corn steamed bread, which is particularly satisfying. The sweet and sour Braised Spareribs with Green Plum and Caesar Salad are also popular. The delicious and beautiful Sanlitun Te-maki as well as the appetizer made of tuna and vegetables such as tomatoes and mango are really suitable for summer.
