The restaurant serves very delicious Emperor Qianlong cabbage (cabbage salad with sesame paste). The plenty of sesame paste elicits memories of Beijing natives. The taste of cabbage is more impressive with the flavor of sesame. There are many other palatable dishes.

There is one dish that must be mentioned among other halal food in Beijing. Braised ox tail in brown sauce is a specialty of the restaurant. This tasty dish is fully braised with perfect heat control. As for after-meal dessert, I Liang Guo is recommended, a small cake with soft sticky rice skin and filled with red bean paste and haw jelly, sweet and a little bit sour. Peking duck and braised gluten are strongly recommended. Their flavor is so tasty and distinctive that it's hard to be found in ordinary halal restaurants.
