Situated at Wudaoying Hutong, the small variety store is with numerous stuffs, all of which are selected and purchased from Beijing's hutongs by the shopkeeper. Various old fashioned objects seem to tell secrets of old time, such as the old printer and rocking chair. Summer is a better time to visit here because a lot of green plants are planted at the doorway. A small blackboard is placed on the little windowsill, reading “no records, no life”, which is suitable for the theme of the store.
