Wudaoying Hutong in Beijing is a top level one; its east starts in Yonghegong Street, the west ends in Andingmen Inner Avenue with the south connects with the Jianchang Hutong, and there are two lanes leading to the Andingmen East Street in the north.
The hutong extends from east to west, and is near to the Yonghegong (Palace of Harmony and Peace). It has many cultural and creative shops to sell handmade jewelry. There are vintage shops selling rings, earrings and bracelets with great textures, which are quite popular; among them, some products are collected from Philadelphia by the owner. Some of them are made of heavy metals, some are colorful and bright, and some have exaggerated forms, full of foreign style.
Besides, Wudaoying Hutong also has strong historical atmosphere. In the daytime, it is an artistic street that people can have a lot of fun for a whole day; and when the night falls, it changes to another style with rich atmosphere of intoxication of alcohol and romantic hormones.
If you do not like the crowded, busy and noisy environment, Wudaoying Hutong will be a better place to go as the most artistic and less popular street in Beijing.
