The Xibaipo Memorial is a memorial of Chinese revolutionary sites. Located in Pingshan County of Hebei Province, Xibaipo was the village where Communist leaders established their base in the period from 1947 to 1948. It was the headquarters of the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party and the People's Liberation Amy during the latter part of the Liberation War.
