Stationary is indispensable for ancient Chinese of literature and writing, whose development influences Chinese culture deeply. Recently, an exhibition themed art of study and life of ancient Chinese litterateurs is going on at the National Museum of Classic Books.

The exhibition is divided into 5 units including writing brush, ink stick, ink slab, paper and elegant study. Classic books introduced the procedure of four stationary treasures of Chinese study and collections of stationary are selected together with vivid introduction. Visitors can learn about how the stationary developed in China. The exhibition will run through March 18. Visitors can visit the exhibition free in charge with valid documentary.
