Originating from Tianjin, Hong Bin Lou is a Muslim restaurant with a long-standing reputation. In 1955, invited by Premier Zhou Enlai, the restaurant moved to Beijing and drew wide attention in the capital with its special dishes, and thus was named the “Top 1 Halal Restaurant in Beijing.” The braised oxtail can surely be dubbed as a specialty of Hong Bin Lou.
