Sanzi Mahua (Fried Dough Twist)

Sanzi Mahua (Fried Dough Twist) is one of the finest local Islamic Snack in Beijing. It is crispy and ascent and can be kept for a long time.

The Ingredient of Sanzi Mahua is Mix alum, soda, brown sugar, sweet-scented osmathus in a bowl with warm water. Place rice flour and beat. Stretch the mixture into a long bar and cut it into 40g balls. Place seeds of hemp in water and stir. Place moister seeds of hemp on the balls.
