The first one “Huilongguan Station” (Long in Chinese means dragon). According to legend, there used to be a Taoist Temple named Xuanfu Guan, where the emperor had once taken a nap here in his way to worship his ancestral. So, the temple was called Huilongguan after this. (Emperors were considered as dragons, son of the god.)

Just as Huilongguan, Longbei Village (Anheqiao North Station) was a place that an emperor had been, too. It said that the Qianlong Emperor had gone there once and he was not happy to find the village named “Longbei” for “Bei” could means “bad luck” to him. So he ordered it to be changed to “Baifu Village” but the villagers disagreed and it is still called Longbei Village now. Some people believed “Bei” means “back” of the dragon.
